Jennifer L. Hibit currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Erie County Water Authority. Ms. Hibit brings more than two decades of government and private sector experience to her service at ECWA.
Formerly the Chief of Staff to the Erie County Executive, Ms. Hibit played a key role in staff recruitment, retention, training, and the administrative management of Erie County government for more than a decade. Prior to her county service, Ms. Hibit served for 10 years as Political Coordinator for the Buffalo region office of 1199 SEIU.
A Depew native currently residing in the city of Buffalo, Ms. Hibit holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Niagara University.
