Jessica R. Brown, CPA, serves as Comptroller of the Erie County Water Authority, supervising ECWA’s Finance and Customer Service departments.
Ms. Brown has more than two decades of public and private sector accounting experience, including service in roles involving taxation, non-profit, and government. Immediately prior to joining ECWA, Ms. Brown served as Director of Budget for the City of Buffalo.
Ms. Brown is a member of the New York State Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and represents the ECWA on the board of Labor-Management Healthcare Fund (LMHF).
Ms. Brown received her B.S. in Business Administration from University at Buffalo.
