Mr. Quinn is a licensed Professional Engineer and is currently serving in the position of Director of Distribution (Water System) for the Erie County Water Authority. Prior to his promotion to Director of Distribution (Water System), he served the Authority in the position of Senior Distribution Engineer and has served in multiple municipalities and private engineering positions.
Mr. Quinn has more than thirty years of water system experience. Prior to his service at the Authority, Mr. Quinn led projects on water and wastewater designs, transmission and distribution systems, and pumping stations. His work experience includes various roles in the consulting sector providing guidance on several municipal projects across Western New York as well as managing various water design projects.
Mr. Quinn earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
